The workers here have zero idea how this bowling alley works. Everyone was struggling to answer questions. Is there a high turnover rate?? We came on a weekday at night. The food/drink ordering system needs to IMPROVE. There was basically only one staff at the front desk for food who was taking orders and delivering it to customers. She struggled to remember who ordered what and came up to us like 7-8 times asking if we ordered this or that. It’s crazy that there were plenty of staff who couldve helped her but just stood around. There was an angry complaint from another person because the drinks she received were bad or incorrect and the other staff she complained to didn’t even bat one expression or apology. I came up to order 1 pitcher of beer and to close our tab and it took 30 minutes. The staff that my order went off to fulfill 2-3 other drinks and surprise! She forgot about our order. We even stood around the front waiting to see if she would remember the pitcher or if any of the staff would acknowledge us if we were still waiting for our order. Nope. We had to ask her and she didn’t even know if we paid for it! it is SO disorganized that you could probably just accept all the food even if you didnt order/pay for it or pretend you’re missing an item. I wouldn’t come back here again but do better.

I would like to think that when being at a table for 2 hours and 15 minutes, We'd see our server more than twice. Oh, actually we did. We saw him 3 times. The 3rd time was to ask if our tab was split (2 people) when we said yes our tabs were literally THROWN onto our table. No other words spoken. I can say that I watched our server all night. He was running around like crazy. While the 2 female servers, while often walking to tables, stood around doing nothing. This wasn't a server issue. This was a staffing issue. The only issue I had with the server was the last interaction. However, I completely understand how frustrated he must have been. So, 4 stars to him, but 1 star to management. Help your staff. Christ.

We reserved online and spent around $130 for 1hr of bowling, because when we called that is what your answering service said to do. When we arrived we noticed a stack of flyers on your counter that had a deal something like 2hrs of bowling, 2 pitchers of soda and pizza for $99...? After asking your staff about it they basically just shrugged their sholders and said "sorry nothing we can do about it". Come on really? Thats very poor customer service!
